More than 90% of the children of Cameroonians in the Diaspora, trained in the best schools around the world and whose skills are used by the industries of the training countries, have practically nothing and will have nothing to do with Cameroon in the coming decades! Meanwhile, Cameroon needs its safest, most reliable and most obvious resource: its people.
The country is going badly, and that is an understatement.
Emergence is inconceivable without a prosperous and sustainable industry. The major challenge for our country remains the creation of a new industry.
The conditions for true industrialization. To CADIIF, this is the challenge of our generation.
The vision of the CADIIF, inspired by this famous formula of JFK: "Let us not ask ourselves what our country can do for us, but rather what we can do for our country", does not intend to exonerate the stakeholders from their responsibilities, but more than anything else, wishes to tackle this issue in a concrete and urgent manner, to lay the groundwork for a truly competitive financial offer compatible with the industrial take-off of our country, by providing funding, technical and managerial tools of the diaspora to Cameroonian companies able to meet the needs of manufactured products consumed at the national level, by the State, local authorities and citizens.
